Very interesting, thank you. You lost me about that we supposedly live in a simulation. When I am aware, present and in touch with my physical sensations, the only distraction into a 'simulated world' would be if I am identified with my mind, fantasy, ruminating in the past or future. We eat, excrete, and have physical needs. That will not go away. We have sexual needs and enjoy being touched.. We are social beings. I work as a nurse assistant (CNA), in private care, mainly for people in hospice situations. They have physical needs as well as psychological needs that will not go away or be replaced by robots or AI. Also, to keep in mind that there is no AI when there is no electricity. But it was good to hear your side and be prepared for this new explosion of AI affecting us all. Thank you.
