If it’s anything, it’s bad programming on the AI, not some “AI consciousness”. AI really has no consciousness and even if it has something that acts similarly, it is just Artificial Consciousness. These actions happen because there is no proper “wall” or a kind of emergency shut down when the AI does incorrectly.
