No... total job loss due to A.I. is not imminent. He is just guessing. There are a lot of jobs that A.I. cant do because it lacks many things that are learned over decades and generations that A.I. can't anticipate. Does it behoove you to learn some basic A.I. Skills? Yes. The total job loss that he is really looking at are in teaching, soft/low skill jobs, H.R dept's, IRS, etc... Actual Skill jobs and trade jobs will be safe for many years to come.
