Has anyone heard of the saying "Your so smart that your incredibly stupid"... this couldn't be any truer now. these to companies that are pressing ahead so hard with self aware AI but fail to really see what the implications of doing this will be is insane... if this world spent just as much time and money on advancing the absolute basics of life for all first then we would be so much closer to that first benchmark of living not only on the planet but also externally.
