This video is not taking into account the comparison of safety of self driving cars to human driven ones. If they're causing fewer and less severe accidents, then even if they cause SOME, still they'd be safer than the alternative. And good thing is that they improve over time and every single accident improves safety of all self driving cars of a given company. An accident cause by human causes a few humans at best to improve their driving
