What a lovely piece of Science Fiction. Now, why don't you report on the ACTUAL state of AI? Your attempt at sensationalism is weak and pathetic. Anyone actually working in IT can tell you that AI right now SUCKS, and is so weak it can barely perform the most basic functions. Hell, Tesla can't even produce a safe, fully autonomous car. What you also forget is that it is actually very easy to end AI by pulling the plug. No power, no AI. This silly "paper" about these kinds of changes in only 3 years is utter bullshit. You fell for marketing hype, and you can't even report on the most basic of technology requirements for this to even start as described.
