As someone on the front lines with over 10 years of experience in phone-based customer service, I’ve noticed a growing trend—more and more callers, especially younger ones, seem unfamiliar with the basic etiquette of speaking with a live representative.
I’ve also listened to calls handled by AI, and I have to say—wow! The technology is incredibly impressive. One of its biggest advantages is consistency: AI doesn’t have off days or let its tone shift during difficult interactions. -🤣 FYI, I used AI to clean this message 🤣🤣
