This video unintentionally shows the connection between people who use AI and people who fall into fascist ideologies. People who believe (or were taught) that other people are "born with talent" or all humans are distinctly not equal by their genetics in some way are how facist ideologies begin. The usage of "Blue Blood" really strikes me as a Eugenicists stance. There is no "Blue Blood". There are no "Born talents". There are no "Born Skills" The strength of humanity comes from our ability to learn skills from one another at any age. Our collective knowledge and ability to process it allows us to grow as people. The only difference between someone who "can't do art" and someone who makes art is practice. Just because people began before you doesn't mean you can't start. "The only way to begin is by beginning."
