Wtf. Nothing exist in a "cloud" it was always data center and these problems are not new. many of these problems existing 10+ years now. the AI bs just increased the need for new data center. some countrys found some work around like using the heat of the servers for warm water systems, and using the massive roofs to but solar panels on top.
