I disagree with the AI not taking jobs. AI already controls, monitors, and micromanages many jobs already. So now ONE human manager looks at red flags from AI that is watching however many employees haven't been replaced. When I was working for FedEx AI has a camera pointed directly at you at all times in the cab. That alone is fkkd up, you have a "robot" watching every single move you make 24/7
