Automation absolutely destroyed the soul of the working classes - not just the low skilled ones either - and continues to. Now it's coming for the middle classes.
And as for those new jobs? Who the hell wants to be a Uber or Amazon delivery driver? They're literally the most soul destroying of jobs. Just because jobs get created, doesn't mean they're desirable or lucrative ones.
