I don't understand the competition for AI, it seems like every country/company thinks they will be able to control this technology if they develop it first, but if it is smarter than us, and can communicate with all the other AI's at the same time in its own machine language, it will do whatever it wants to do once it is developed, regardless of the country or company that developed it
