The only jobs which won't be going anywhere because of AI are creative jobs. The whole idea behind enabling AI and replacing menial jobs by AI, is so that humans can focus on more fulfilling jobs, which is creative arts.
If it's machine generated, it's not creative. Thumbnails to get more views isn't a creative but a statistical/psychological thing.
