I'm being real when I say that I use AI art but just like you said it in your video and I'm paraphrasing; AI "art" is shit. When I use my own local AI to make "art" or whatever, it takes many prompts and lots of iterations and tons of time to get one 8/10 image. And when I use online AI it's just as bad. Therefore, I only use it for a handful of purposes, and none of them are in a professional capacity. For instance, I write in my free time and publish my writings online but when I want to illustrate something or someone I use an AI because I don't want to spend the time or the money to get something that in the end gives me nothing in return other than an idea of what I'm writing about. My readers know this and continue to read my writings because the "art" is not the main focus.
