As someone in their mid-20s, this talk means a lot. Robinhood CEO Vlad doesn't even need to mention the experience that the 2008 financial crash, a pandemic, high inflation and a housing crisis, is an extememly depressing environment. We all felt it. And midway through 2023 to 2026 AI is showing off some really cool tricks. Assisting with everything from essays, emails, research, coding, music, video editting. Just check out the robots today. So yeah, I am full of hope. I'm probably the happiest I have felt about the future in years.
If you're reading this in 2030 and office jobs don't exist, just know I'm glad those soul destroying time blackholes are never coming back. Freedom at last. God bless intelligence. 🎉
