Considering how talking to ChatGPT is really seamless and useful and it seems to understand language very well, I’d have no problem whatsoever with AI customer service. I have long, in-depth conversations with ChatGPT all the time. It’s very impressive.
Why isn’t this being done? I would think companies would be jumping at this.
