A major issue is the eyes. The AI doesn't decide things happening around the space, behind or out of frame like focal points or directions. The eyes of this specific shot never move off a dedicated straight forward focal point. They also don't move with expressions and apply none of the emphasis we usually get like glances away, rolling eyes, closed eye furrows, etc. AI can generate what's in the frame, but it has no concept of the 3D space that we work with when creating most art.
