The point is, give up, life will be obsolete because of technology anyway so a job is the least of your worries in the future. I am being sarcastic, but partially serious, companies are going to reduce cost in anyway possible and employees are expenses so once they can replace us, they will. Business is about money, not providing jobs to people, that's something that has to be done to earn more money. As someone just now learning to code I am aware of this, and it's a bit depressing, but I hope that someday I can gain job stability in the field. Regardless of what you are doing in life, ALWAYS remember this, your JOB STABILITY does not come from your ability to hold the current job you are in, it comes from your ability to get another job. You may be "invaluable" to your current company, but if you weren't working there, who will see your value and how? I hope the best to everyone in this incredibly volatile field, and every field that will be effected by AI and the advancement of technology as a whole.
