Idk about others, but chatgpt doesn't train based on live feedback, and it doesn't remember what you're sending, unless you explicitly tell it to. In other words: 4o is using training data from the period ending in Oct 2023, and it won't actively pull from your other chats unless you explicitly ask it to store it (which it will only do for your account).
AI therapy can be dangerous for so many reasons, but this is a little misguided on how the models work. They are not a hive-mind, collecting and compiling data all over the world. That would become a monster instantly.
