The problem is when leaders think that AI will be utilised but there are ethics and governance which prevent us using it. So as of end of 2025, for me AI is overworked professional while leaders think the professionals are using AI. We need to educate people on how to use AI before we expect them to use it. Also need to make sure the data can be used with AI. For example, personal data shouldn't be used in Open source models or public models like ChatGPT. Yet my COO assumed the AI was deployed and I was being asked why am I working longer hours.
