I can see how AI would have an impact on hiring graduates. HOWEVER, part of that decline in hiring graduates was due to lack of work ethic, difficulty in working with graduates, over-blown expectations of graduates. We were seeing a fast pick up rate of grads but also a fast rate of lay-offs or firings within 12 months. I think the problem of junior hirings runs a lot deeper than just AI.
