so, legally? no.
if the AI is repurposing your artwork, and made it its own, it’s no longer your artwork, and because AI isn’t a human and therefore doesn’t follow human laws, it can’t get copyrighted. On that note, it can’t say that it’s theirs either. The AI nor the company can copyright their images because the AI technically owns it.
