If you person can get into serious issues when they blatantly steal another's work and pass it off as their own, then an AI program that can store and post copyrighted articles verbatim without citation, should also get in serious trouble.
Doesn't matter if the 'prompts' were 'manipulated' to get that result. It just proves that anyone could write a query and get plagiarized content.
