To me it sound like this guy has fallen for the hype. He spins of into la la land. Sure things will change but I think we need to be careful in pulling out the fairytales and magical thinking. Do you guys remember how they talked about cloning back in the day or what about the 2000 bubble when people like this guy walked around claiming that all computers would stop working that year because of the change into a new Millenia. This is FANTASY! I know you find it entertaining and fun to play around with ideas just stop before you start sounding ridiculous. Have you guys seen those robot dog things they are ridiculous a cat is a million times more capable then that thing and this guy is saying that AI will be walking around and replacing us in a few years that is utter stupidity. Plus AI is a product if we don't buy or use the crap it makes or is then it will go away.
