I’m sorry but this man is suffering from the common delusion that all jobs are on the computer. 99% unemployment in 5 years? AI will mine your precious minerals? It will rough frame your house? It will fix your plumbing if it breaks? Is the AI going to cut and sew fabric to make your clothing? Will the AI fill pot holes?
Not all people are podcasters. That is one of the easiest jobs for AI to replace. They are literally called large Language models. Ask him how the AI will replace an electrician and install a new electrical panel in my house for me.
This sort of thinking is extreme and alarmist. Watch videos of people in the 1900s predicting the 2000s. They’re always wrong. No one can predict the future.
