i understand the tech becoming more essential after covid part, i see how bad multi tasking is for your brain, i see how these greedy companies are pushing for tech and ai without remorse and i see how they take all kid's data. But the title of this video is about Kid's IQ dropping. And your fucking evidence for it is some band teacher talking about how kids are stuck to their ipads and the global PISA Test score? what a fucking joke of a video. This isn't research, this is just putting together some info and regurgitating a video of things people already assume are true. I want to know what does it mean to have lower test scores? how has the tests changed? How has the relationship of school with children changed in terms of validation, the relevance and change of perception with IQ tests, Have u talked to a kid recently? and not with our adult prejudice of "ouh kids are so spoiled these days" that have existed for over a 1000 years. it seems their critical reasoning skills have only gone up, but who knows. that's the fucking point of research. U look at kids and u see how exactly have they've changed, and check good the methods and ways we tested them are, and then try to prove it wrong. This video is shallow and made for views and should have never been published cause it'll convince a few people to continue carrying on prejudice without specifically knowing what the fuck is up. (funny enough we're on the same side, i hate reducing potential in our kids too)
