I score roughly 120 on mensa test's. and I know I'm not particularly smart, and I got a shuddy short term memory and little interest in learning stuff I find boring. So I can only imagine how it is for those with less ability to learn complex tasks.
I'm a electonics engineer, thankfully my job is a lot of hands on, so not directly threatend by AI, but lots of other peoples jobs are, so more people competing for the non-AI threatend jobs.
I wonder how this will effect middle class and the lower class's on the socio-ecomics ladder. Not great I'd imagine, and if you have ever red Marko Kloos's books, in particular "terms of enlistment", thats the sort of dystopian hell hole we will be headed towards.
