So, AI isn't quite there yet, but the reality is that AI very much can do the job of a doctor. Doctors are literally just human fault isolation trees. The patient lists their symptoms, and they narrow down a statistical list of probabilities. The doctor will then pick the most probable diagnosis based on the available empirical evidence. That's what being a doctor is. You can't even talk about AI not having bedside manner because most patients only see their doctor for like 90 seconds and the doctor couldn't give less of a shit.
