20:51 I think that an AI would need to be a digital reconstruction of a human brain at that point. An alternative to a singular superintelligence could be a hivemind of connected human sharing enough cognitive power to rival an artificial intelligence, but still have the human emotions and empathy to be aligned with humanity.
