No one is a born artist, there's no such as thing as being born with this "special ability" to create art. Not a single artist has started out making good art. Every single artist you have ever seen has started out drawing just as badly as you do and everyone, every single person that was born on this planet, has the ability to create beautiful art. It just takes effort, dedication and A LOT of time. THAT is what makes art so wonderful, so special. That is one of the reasons (while certainly not the only one, but a big one) why AI art lacks any such "meaning" because you didn't do anything to achieve that goal. And that is the problem, people like this, that defend AI art, somehow think that what they're doing is "equalling the playing field", because they genuinely believe that skilled artists put as much effort into their creations as they put into writing a prompt into an AI. Which is incredibly sad, because they have it all wrong, they couldn't be further from the truth. In reality, the skilled artists they admire, and at the same time equally despise in jealousy, have put much more time, effort and straight up hard work into these creations then these AI "artists" have ever put into any attempt to draw or create anything on their own. But they don't realize that, because they genuinely do not realize that art IS HARD. That there is no "special gift", that there are years of progress behind every piece of art they have ever seen.
