This is why I just don't post my work online, I love transforming my own original artwork and creating composite paintings with AI, but I'd hate for dozens of hours of work to be dismissed as trash just because AI was utilized in some small way. I'll just hang it on the wall where nobody has to look at it.
I can spend a whole day experimenting with styles, testing prompts, training LORAs, masking and regenerating, and inpainting manually in Sketchbook or Photoshop. I've literally written down prompts on a notebook at work just so I could experiment with it as soon as I got home, it's a fascinating technology imo. Sometimes I've been dissatisfied with my own paintings and AI gives me an idea, it's like finding the perfect reference image
