I guess the first thing is to make our congress and senate aware of this problem by writing them to enhance the DMCA act to protect the online art and images. Perhaps have the coding in these AI programs required to look for the Copyright information, Symbol, Signature as well as compare in a millisecond the artist with their own website and anything that even hints at the piece being copyrighted , be Excluded from the databases and removed. Let A.I. try to create without the billions of copyrighted images then.
