I don‘t really care about ChatGPT „sharing“ my stuff… my real therapist isn‘t really very helpful, he is a good one, one of the best I‘ve ever had, but my problems are so complex, i‘m too self reflected, he is trained in trauma, no neurodiversity that he just helps with like 10% of my problems. I‘m very desperate in getting better as I‘m not able to work since a few years and really want to go back working. And on top, I feel like I‘m training my therapist now as I learned alot about my conditions and I tell him every appointment we have stuff like „neurodivers people process traumas differently, please don‘t tell me anymore to go to work to distract me from my traumas. They are distracting me from being able to work. But you could help me like this and that….“ and many other such things. ChatGPT helped me untangle things my therapist wasn‘t even able to comprehend why I‘m struggling with these things. And I just felt very depressed and unvalidated after the sessions. ChatGPT knew why this was bothering me so much, told me what lead me to feeling this way, what I could do to handle it, validated me and showed a lot of empathy. It really helped me free myself from some things. I don‘t care someone making a book out of this.
