How can this guy be as intelligent as he appears and not understand that he was talking to a glorified auto-correct that gave him the exact answers he wanted. No modern AI is even close to 'sentient', it's a fantasy. The dangers of AI come from the automation of tasks and the errors and biases built into processes that have had the human element removed, they do not come from some sort of self-aware machine threat. This guy wanted attention and he got it.
