This is the equivalent of forcing an engineer to go into management whether they enjoy management or not. Not everyone wants to be an architect. Design work is probably the most consistently rewarding part of the job. It's not just software. AI is rapidly sucking the joy out of personal carear agency. We're all going to be changing our fuching titles to Prompt Architect. NO ONE WANTS THIS.
