When I was younger I started following my dream of being a pro wrestler but I ended up quitting after only a few matches for a bunch of reasons, but always had it in the back of my head that I'd give it another shot someday. Now as a 34 year old plumber I'm just saying fuck it and going back to it because I know like all other creative fields there will be a time when this is overtaken by AI, when promoters realize they can just generate matches people want to see and charge for these fake shows instead of paying for actual talent so weirdly the looming threat of AI has given me the push I needed to follow through with my dreams even a little bit. So like. Thanks AI I guess? (but also fuck AI lol)
