McDonalds locations lost their flavor because they were harder to sell. It's not because of AI or anything along those lines. Imagine purchasing a building and the roof color or tiling is only in McDonalds Red. It's more expensive. This is why they moved to more 'soulless' versions of the buildings to make them easier to sell.
