Riding Motorcycles on the street has always been far more dangerous than driving a car. Same seems to hold true for AI auto piloting cars, they have a hard time distinguishing that a motorcycle is a motor vehicle. That said I don’t think that AI auto pilot should be legal in the USA. AI maybe great for additional warning system to alert drivers but not to pilot a car.
