No AI is going to push wages down even lower. AI costs money now but it’s going to cost a huge amount of money once the free money dries up. Companies will depend on AI but will need to spend so much for it that the average worker will get suppressed wages. This will lead to most people needing to rent or group up with multiple families to exist. Once AI’s true cost is revealed it’s going to be chaos.
