Fresh take: maybe it doesn't matter? Who really cares if these companies know how I feel? What does it matter if my life becomes a crappy novel? Kinda flattering someone thought I was interesting enough, honestly. AI therapy isn't real. But why does it matter if it has my experiences in its databook? It literally doesn't affect me, you, or anyone else. It doesn't change anything. It doesn't make anything better or worse.
This isn't scary. It's kinda dramatic, frankly. I just don't understand, unfortunately.
