What I really like about this video is that it cuts through the usual AI panic and focuses on something people actually overlook. It’s not that AI “takes all jobs overnight,” it’s that the job market is shifting toward people who know how to work with these tools and build a personal brand around their skills.
The most interesting part for me is how education and career paths are getting flipped. It’s no longer about learning one role and staying in it for 20 years. It’s about staying adaptable, learning openly and being visible enough that people know what you can do. That’s probably the biggest protection anyone can build in the AI era.
