The biggest problem with generative AI images are that they use copy-right protected images in their data-sets but claim fair use when it isn't and they should be paying for the art they are using.
Your poisoning isn't going to be effective however, as a "thin grain over an image" isn't going to destroy an AI model, in fact it's helping it. You are teaching it that THOSE things they are scraping are ALSO the correct object despite the grain. Yes there will be a temporary decline in a development models quality but in the end once fully trained your "poison" will have made the AI stronger not worse.
