I viewed this video today, 12 Feb 24 and I wish I had seen it much sooner. I used to live in Pasco County in New Port Richie from 1999 to 2013 and had some problems but not to the magnitude as was described in your situation. It was mentioned to me then if you have problems with PCSO to call FDLE (Florida Department of Law ENFORCEMENT) as they have power over city and county law enforcement. Not sure to what degree their authority extends but they have some power. I never had the need to call because I moved out of the county. Call the general office number (google it) and find out what they can do to help. Also, the Institute for Justice is a VERY good organization and they can and will help as I am sure you have done so. All of the PCSO needs to be retrained on the Constitution mainly Amendments 1,2,4,5 and 14, this even includes the Sheriff! ! ! ! Also how does the “predictive policing" work, IT DOES NOT ! ! ! It is like trying to predict what a person in California is going to say to their spouse at midnight after the first frost on the west side of the mountain looking to the north while standing on one leg with their arms wrapped around the moving wheel on the car that was used to get them to the place they wanted to get to. See just how stupid this sounds, just like what the PCSO wants to accomplish but knowing it is IMPOSSIBLE ! ! ! ! The mentality of law enforcement is EXTREMELY,.................left to the imagination, a very vivid one.
