Finally, no American company nor entity of any kind may develop any hardware or software which is to be used in the creation, maintenance, or facilitation of any from of algorithmic/A.I. surveillance with or without a social credit program of any kind. Make sure it's airtight. No loopholes anywhere. Think of everything, even contingencies which only exist in dystopian sci-fi. Such a law would essentially make a social credit system impossible in the United States from a legal standpoint because it is impossible to satisfy everything stipulated above. Let's make it happen and then encourage the rest of the free world to adopt similar laws.
