An ominous foreshadowing of what is to come is the current issue of ghost jobs. Job listings that for positions that don't actually exist or that they have no intention of hiring. There is also the current issue of living wages. If companies are to replace entire work forces with robotics and AI then wages need to offset into living wages that account for inflation. There is simply no reason after that...
