I may be wrong but... I believe the west is controlled by a well-established network of pyschopaths. A cabal of super-wealthy strategists with an agenda to implement a New World Order... Which once established through a Digital Gulag is designed to be unassailable. It will install a Techno-feudal society that effectively enslave all under its control. the "You'll on nothing and be happy" crowd. I believe the evidence of this objective is overwhelming. It is obviously required for Ai to reach a point wherein it can access, surveil, assess and process the information presently being captured along with that will be massively stored in the new mega-data centers presently under construction... I believe both Putin and Xi are well aware of this western hegemonic project, want no part of it. That they are racing to construct their alternative so as to maintain some semblance of a multi-polar world that allows for national and individual sovereignty. At some point soon there will be a war between the various Ai's waged at a digital level. I hope the western version loses. China and Russia are gradually closing off access to their part of the internet so they can isolate America and its western allies. How effective this will be remains to be seen. I also believe China is presently winning the Ai battle in terms of data storage and accessibility. It is unsure how effective its broader "human response" programming has become... That it is Xi's prime objective to develop Ai that can protect the greater BRICS alliance where possible - whereas Russia has taken on the role of most advanced Military development. A decision arrived at jointly? Each leaving the other with a strategic advantage for the purpose of maintaining parity beyond the Nuclear option. Both Russia and China are globally winning the war of ideas - and minds - Recognizing this is an essential strategy... Whereas America's military and financial aggression has foolishly forsaken it - inevitable because it is run by soulless Zio/Globalist psychopaths who at best can only fake a human response, not understand it. At some point a showdown is inevitable. It will be interesting see how it plays out. It could be devastating...
