I wouldn't even want us to license our work either. I do not want machines to slowly become the replacement for creative and skilled work. It is sad. While the copyright issue is part of it all, I feel like it isn't the main issue. What role do we want AI to have in the future? I for one, do not want some AI dystopian future where everything is void of human expression, skill, hard work and passion.
Sad. That is the only word that comes to mind whenever I think about AI in creative fields. And pitiful, that is the word that comes to mind when I think of people that defend it.
