Art is about execution not the idea, everyone has ideas. An artist can execute that idea that it matchs his vision and inner world. An AI does the execution so if at all it is the artist and the human is the *customer* of the AI artist giving him his general idea. AI in art is more than a tool its like a self painting brush or a camera that goes out there and takes photos based on a vague idea.
So a human taking credit for art created by AI is a joke and can be considered a scammer.
