Didn't you become an artist by first having an interest in it, progressing in time while also admiring other people's works which were possible influences, even if not consciously aware of it? You might have a similar artistic style as someone 50, 100, 150 years before you existed. Unless you can find exact reproduction in AI art, you have no case.
