Disabled artist here! My honest opinion is that AI is AWFUL. It disgusts me that our community is being put forward as a poster child for this and we’re not being listened to when we speak up. I’ve been drawing since I was a kid, and I know there are people with worse conditions than mine, but I do not see AI as a valid way to make art. If you cannot draw for one reason or another, please, I implore you to find out any other way to create. Use picrew, write descriptions, Commission an Artist. If you want all the beautiful stories and ideas in your head to be materialised, do not suck out the soul of your creativity by typing your thoughts into a generator. Art is a human trait, and a natural beauty, it should not be trusted in the hands of unthinking bots manufactured by billionaires.
